My work is rooted in equine art, but the core is about character and presence.
Horses, dogs, people, children. What matters is the story, not the species.
Not every request becomes a painting. That is not about exclusivity. It is about honesty.
A painting only works when I can stand behind it completely. If a subject does not move me, the work will show that.
Send your idea
Tell me what you want to capture and why it matters. Send your best photos if you have them. Sometimes a different angle works better, or a shoot makes more sense. We figure that out together.
Every request gets a response. If it fits, we discuss the concept, the format and the price. After agreement and a deposit, we move forward.
Pricing
Commissions start from €2,600. Final price depends on format, design and complexity. Every painting is delivered in a wooden floater frame. Other framing options are available on request.

Small format. Oil on panel. Approx. 20 x 30 cm.
Rawer than my large work. More direct. Fewer layers, the same hand. This is what I do when there is no time to hesitate.
For your home. As a gift. As a small tribute to an animal or a moment. All you need is a clear photo.

Practical support around your painting, provided by Jeffrey van Renesse van Duivenbode.
Installation: Jeffrey can install your work on location. Also available for relocations, including transport and rehang across a new space.
Transport crates: Custom-built wooden crates for safe art transport. For collectors and artists. Available for pickup by your own courier or freight service.
International: Working on-site abroad is a possibilty. Travel and accommodation costs apply.
